Corporate Plaza Transformation

Downtown Office Complex

Large-scale planter installation transforms a sterile corporate plaza into an inviting green space.

Corporate plaza with large steel planters and seating areas

Project Story

The Challenge

Transforming a stark concrete plaza into an welcoming space that encourages employee use and improves the building's street presence.

Our Solution

We created a series of large-scale planters that define seating areas, walking paths, and gathering spaces. The mix of Corten and powder-coated steel provides visual interest while maintaining durability in the urban environment.

Results

Employee satisfaction surveys show 85% increased use of outdoor spaces. The plaza has become a destination for lunch meetings and informal gatherings.
